Microfine SR is a stator rotor type Emulsifier for producing emulsions of high stability. Microfine SR has a tip speed of 5000 meters / min and subjects the material being processed to a very high shear producing Emulsions with droplet size of 5 microns. Microfine SR has a precision machined stator, rotor and casing in Stainless steel 304 and 316 grades or can be manufactured in other materials to suite the process requirement.
The she shaft is provided with a mechanical seal compatible with the material to be processed.Microfine SR is a stator rotor type machine with series of stators and rotors mounted along the direction in which the material progresses. The material being processed moves three dimensionally that is away from the shaft and moves forward towards the outlet.
Microfine SR is continuous type of emulsifier and achieves the desired viscosity of the product in one go.Microfine SR is modular and can be custom assembled to achieve the desired viscosity and the droplet size of the product after testing your product in our test lab.
Microfine SR can supplied with stepless variable AC frequency drives for operating at anydesired speed.
